A durable design collection created socially with the surplus materials from a network of second-hand shops. This surplus becomes absolutely alluring by working with design recipes as a unifying factor. THE UPCYCLE COLLECTION focuses on tailor-made interiors for larger interior projects to intimate spaces. It also delivers unique items on demand for any space. Responsible (mass) production moves from a supply chain to supply cycle.
And yet every item is unique. This not only creates a celebration of styles and shapes that are widely recognisable. The variety of different furniture also ensures that there is a suitable and attractive item for everyone. Made-to-measure cabinets become works of art, Color Families become living environments and using is enjoying.
Because the collection is made up of individual pieces and incomplete series, items can be easily replaced or supplemented indefinitely. Different colour compositions ensure that each piece retains its unique character, while being part of a family with a shared DNA. These compositions range from exuberant to neutral, from soft to vibrant, from safe to surprising, all named after family outings. A Color Family can also be made to order. The products are made in inclusive, circular workshops and the makers receive fair pay.
